We aim to make your bouquet as close as possible to the product images shown on our website, but the final arrangement may vary depending on flower availability.

Please carefully check your order details before completing your purchase, including:

Delivery address

Selected bouquet or gift
Delivery date

Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Product Availability

We do our best to keep all products available as displayed on our website. However, certain flowers, wrapping materials, or gift items may occasionally become unavailable.

If a specific item is unavailable, we may contact you regarding a suitable replacement of similar or greater value.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time your order is placed will be charged to you. Orders may only be processed after successful payment confirmation, where applicable.

5. Delivery

We provide delivery services across Bangladesh.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, traffic, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Recipient Availability

Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order or that an appropriate person can accept it on their behalf.

If the recipient cannot be reached, our delivery team may contact the provided phone number to arrange delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

7. Customized Orders

Customized bouquets and personalized gifts are prepared specifically according to the customer's request.

Because these products are made especially for you, customization details cannot always be changed once production has started.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be considered after reviewing the issue.
