Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Florose.bd, every bouquet is handmade with care and attention to detail. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in flower shapes and arrangements may occur, making each bouquet unique.

1. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Customers are required to check their order carefully while the delivery person is still present. Please inspect the bouquet, wrapping, and overall condition before accepting the delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must inform the delivery person immediately and contact us with clear photos or videos as evidence.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may be considered only if:

* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive a product different from what you ordered.
* Your order is incomplete due to an error on our part.

Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery, with supporting photos or videos.

3. No Refund After Delivery Acceptance

Once you have checked and accepted your order from the delivery person, we will not accept claims for damage, defects, or missing items reported afterward, except where required by applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

* Change of mind after placing an order.
* Minor variations in handmade flowers, shapes, or arrangements.
* Colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
* Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
* Customized or personalized orders, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the crafting process begins. Once we have started making your customized bouquet, cancellation may not be possible.

6. How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately through our official Facebook or Instagram page and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Thank you for supporting Florose.bd and our handmade creations!
